Keishia fell in love with health and fitness at a young age; it began in the pool as an athlete and later as a coach. She pursued a competitive swimming career at the varsity level while studying for her BSc in Biology at Dalhousie University. Her accomplished career as a breaststroker for the Dalhousie Tigers and Halifax Trojans led her to many National finals and to Canadian Olympic Trials in 2012 and 2016. While swimming with Dalhousie, she also began to assist Kris with the team’s strength and conditioning program and quickly realized coaching was one of her passions. She completed her level 1 certification with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning and is now a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). Keishia joined the Push Fitness team in 2016 and is currently the Head Coach and Youth/ Team Lead. She also has over a decade of swim coaching experience with Varsity, Age group teams, Masters clubs, and Special Olympics. Keishia continues to enhance her knowledge of personal training through coaching mentorship programs and any other learning opportunities that come her way. She loves delivering innovative and exciting exercises and unique coaching experiences to the Push community!

He has experience working as a Kinesiologist in a physiotherapy clinic, which helped him foster an awareness of injury prevention, and an appreciation for proactive exercise and functional fitness.
He is a Certified Personal Trainer under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), and is eager to expand his knowledge with the team at PUSH. He is looking forward to getting to know the the community at PUSH and is excited to continue learning and developing his own skills to help you pursue your goals!

Nathalie fell in love with Circus Arts back in 2013 while pursuing a university degree in the Sciences. She has been practicing Aerials for almost a decade now. After graduating from the Instructor Training Program at the Montreal National Circus School in 2019, she focused her efforts on teaching.
At the beginning of the pandemic, she took an interest in Strength and Conditioning practices with a particular focus on body maintenance during times of stress and after long periods of inactivity.
Nathalie has developed a passion for working with the unique and individual needs of her clients. With many of her current and past clients recovering from injury, she recognizes the importance of safe progressions to help them build their strength for functionality, stability, and longevity.
