I was referred to PUSH at the suggestion of my physiotherapist, David Kachan (Kachan Physiotherapy) and started off attending with him and a number of the guys from our running group.
The initial goal was to help with a nagging injury and to improve my strength and flexibility.
In addition to significant improvements in strength and flexibility I feel better overall. I can work harder in the gym or in sport and recover faster.
The team at PUSH has been great at keeping it interesting and programming workouts so I have fun and don’t get stuck in a rut. I could not progress in the same fashion on my own.
