I came to Push because my mom spoke highly of the trainers and the atmosphere at PUSH.

My goals were to get stronger and develop off the tennis court. Along with getting into peak physical condition I wanted to prevent future injury.

PUSH helped me achieve my goals by pushing me everyday and supporting me.

The thing that sets PUSH apart from other gyms is the trainers. I worked primarily with Victoria and Kris who are two of the best trainers I have ever come across. Both have an amazing knowledge of the body and how to help you achieve your goals. They create an environment, which was ideal for me to achieve my goals.
