I was introduced to Kris Andrews in late 2004 after my doctor suggested my ‘numbers’ required some attention. I worked with him at Nubody’s for a year and then followed him when he opened PUSH in early 2006.
We started slowly but by the end of my first year I was running half marathons. The ‘numbers’ improved dramatically and I felt better than I had in years. It has been very pleasing to see the growth and success of PUSH. Kris has assembled an outstanding group of trainers all of whom I have trained with.
Aside from the health benefits, PUSH is really fun! I have met many wonderful people of all ages in my twice-a-week semi-private sessions. We work hard but we also have a lot of laughs which make my two hours per week there my favourite time of the week. The trainers treat everyone equally and with respect.
This, above all else, is what sets PUSH apart. I can’t imagine ever stopping my sessions. It has been a total joy.
