The high-energy group fitness classes you will find at PUSH Fitness are here to help you live better and still enjoy your life. Everyone in the class completes the same workout together, coached by two incredible trainers who also participate because the classes are so much fun. Our group of fit and supportive individuals provides an enhanced training environment that pushes you towards your goals at a low cost.
The class size ranges from 15-30 participants and you can sign up via our Powered by PUSH App (not required at this time).
Your commitment to our training services allows you to take advantage of our monthly Nutrition Coaching Sessions with Victoria Shupe as well as Friday lunchtime Yoga with Jolene D’Entrement at no cost to you!
Group Fitness Classes
Come spend an hour with us and sweat it out in positive group atmosphere! This class focuses on a full body workout that incorporates mobility work, strength exercises, and cardiovascular conditioning. The format of the class remains the same through the week, allowing you to be exposed to certain exercises more than once so you have maximum opportunity to improve. The PUSH trainers are there to coach and workout – be prepared to partner up with one of them! Open to all fitness levels.
Core Connection Class
Don’t be fooled by the shorter duration of this class. You can still count on time to foam roll, warm-up effectively, and enjoy and action-packed workout! This class really dives into the core connection in every exercise whether a basic strength exercise or a core specific exercise, and we like to mix in some cardio to keep your body burning calories. Come get that mid-week workout in with us! Open to all fitness levels.
Whether you’re looking to jumpstart your weekend or finish the week on a high, this class is a blast. It’s a forty-five minute high intensity class featuring a range of full body exercises and has something to offer for everyone. The style of the class varies, from circuits to timed stations, giving you the opportunity to push yourself. The smaller class size allows you to take advantage of the expert coaching PUSH has to offer! Open to all fitness levels (you’ve been warned though!)
Saturday Stretch and Flex
After a week of solid workouts, our FREE stretch and flex class is the best way to prioritize your recovery over the weekend. Led by one of the PUSH trainers, be prepared to get into some stretches that are challenging and beneficial. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling refreshed.
Kettlebell Plus Class
Join Leanne on Sunday’s for an energy packed class using kettlebells to enhance your workout experience. You have the opportunity to push yourself depending on your fitness level and experience. This class combines kettlebell training with TRX, bodyweight, and other strength exercises to give you a well rounded workout. This makes a great reason to jump out of bed on a Sunday!
