The high-energy group fitness classes you will find at PUSH Fitness are here to help you live better and still enjoy your life. Everyone in the class completes the same workout together, coached by two incredible trainers who also participate because the classes are so much fun. Our group of fit and supportive individuals provides an enhanced training environment that pushes you towards your goals at a low cost.

The class size ranges from 15-30 participants and you can sign up via our Powered by PUSH App (not required at this time).

Your commitment to our training services allows you to take advantage of our monthly Nutrition Coaching Sessions with Victoria Shupe as well as Friday lunchtime Yoga with Jolene D’Entrement at no cost to you!

Core Connection: Light up your core and sweat it out

Friday Finisher: High intensity workout to lift you into the weekend

Stretch and Flex: Slow down and recover from the week with a guided stretch session; complimentary

KB Plus: Lead by Leanne Weise, come for a full body workout using kettlebells, read more here
