Youth Strength Program

PUSH Fitness and Performance training is here to give you the slight edge over your competition. We have created an environment of youth that is supportive and high energy to push you to achieve your goals.

We work with youth, athletes and teams of any sport and skill level, and adjust our programming depending on whether they are pre-season, in-season, post-season, or off-season.

  • Strength and conditioning
  • Rehabilitation and injury prevention
  • Nutrition education – monthly meetings with our nutrition coach
