Youth Strength Program

PUSH Fitness and Performance training is here to give you the slight edge over your competition. We have created an environment of youth that is supportive and high energy to push you to achieve your goals. We focus on aspects of strength and conditioning that allow you to perform at your best and keep you on the field, injury free. Our program also teaches our youth the tools to live a healthy lifestyle outside of sport. We work with youth, athletes and teams of any sport and skill level, and adjust our programming depending on whether they are pre-season, in-season, post-season, or off-season.
