What does “live longer, live better, live happy” mean to us?
“We’ve had some people walk in pretty broken mentally and physically, experiencing a lot of different challenges in their life; they think they can’t do anything and they feel miserable. We guide them through the slow process grabbing the reins back. They do the hard work, we’re here to support them and motivate them. Once they’re feeling good, they get on the happy hamster wheel. They are more apt to try new things and go different places in the world, things they would never done before. Their menu becomes much broader. They have keys to all these other doors.” – Kris Andrews
“People aren’t necessarily here to lose weight. It’s not a vanity thing; it’s a lifestyle change.” – Keishia Mills
“We had many clients come for a specific goal, and then return because they realize they need it well after they have reached their goal, whether it be a long trek or a marathon. They realize getting fit isn’t just a one-time thing, it’s about every day of their life.” – Victoria Shupe
“People get injured playing pickle ball. ANY time in their life! If you’re not fit, nothing is safe and easy.” – Liam Branton
“ I really do feel like this place is not about getting jacked. It’s about changing who you are and what you do. It takes hard work and consistency. Once you’re here for a while you’ll understand. Our style is unique. People want to live better, and this is what all our clients have in common and why we are able to have a great community here. We are all trying to live better lives.” – Leanne Murphy
“PUSH is truly a special place. To me, it is more than a gym. It is a community of dedicated professionals with a like-minded membership focussing on health, fitness and fun. I feel just the right amount of challenge when I’m there and look forward to my workouts.” –Connie J
“Our team is here for the right reasons. We aren’t here to ‘ruin’ people. We are here to empower people. Unlike gyms that are focused on sales, we are focused on the people.” – Kris Andrews
Overall, “Live Longer, Live Better, Live Happy” means something different to each of us, but the general theme is that we are here to improve lives well beyond the gym walls, and much more than appearance or size or numbers. We focus on coaching our clients to improve their lives.
