This 6-week workshop will teach beginners the basic strength movements and lay the foundation for future training. Not only will you learn how to safely get strong, but you’ll move better and feel better as a result!

Schedule: Tuesdays, 5:00-6:00pm and Saturdays, 10:30-11:30am
