Recipe: Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a great on-the-go breakfast. You make them the night before and pop them in the fridge. Depending on how much time you have, you can heat it up and add some toppings, or you can run out the door with it straight from the fridge. I personally enjoy both options.

Ingredients:

1/2C Rolled Oats

1/2-3/4C Liquid - milk, almond milk, water etc.

Mix the oats and the liquid in a jar and store in the fridge overnight.

Optional add ins:

Cinnamon

Vanilla

Dried/fresh fruit

Nuts/seeds and nut/seed butter

Cocoa

Honey or maple syrup
