The Fall sessions will be organized into three 4 week blocks (Sept, Oct, Nov) and one 3 week block (Dec). The start date for the first block is Tuesday September 6 and you will pay and register for one block at a time. These training sessions are 60 minutes in duration with a maximum of 12 athletes per session. Here are the training blocks:
- Block 1: September 6 - September 30
- Block 2: October 3 - October 28
- Block 3: October 31 - November 25
- Block 4: November 28 - December 16 (3 Weeks Total)
