Training Schedule

The Fall sessions will be organized into three 4 week blocks (Sept, Oct, Nov) and one 3 week block (Dec). The start date for the first block is Tuesday September 6 and you will pay and register for one block at a time. These training sessions are 60 minutes in duration with a maximum of 12 athletes per session. Here are the training blocks:

  • Block 1: September 6 - September 30
  • Block 2: October 3 - October 28
  • Block 3: October 31 - November 25
  • Block 4: November 28 - December 16 (3 Weeks Total)

Should you not be able to attend the sessions described above, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
