How do you strike an ideal balance of strength and endurance, speed and flexibility, muscle and body fat—and still have a life? PUSH Fitness Group Programs are an excellent way to achieve a balance of cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and core stability. They combine a personal training approach with the motivation, support and cost advantages of sharing the experience.
A lot of our members swear by our Group Fitness Sessions. These one-hour workouts offer great value, along with the fun and motivation of sharing the experience with like-minded people.
THESE AREN’T “BOOT CAMPS.” THEY’RE DESIGNED TO BE CHALLENGING, BUT ENJOYABLE, SO WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO EXERCISE AT YOUR OWN PACE.
The classes include anywhere from 15 – 25 people, and we hold them indoors or outside, depending on the weather and the time of year. Each group includes 8 or 16 one-hour sessions (depending on your selection), which are varied, challenging, and, above all, fun. The program is structured so you don’t have to think about “what to do next,” you just show up and focus on your workout. You’ll discover exercises and equipment you’re unlikely to have encountered elsewhere.
Whatever your fitness level (and it will improve continuously), you’ll come out of every workout ready to face your day with noticeably increased energy and strength.
