PUSH Group Fitness Classes 16 pack
PUSH Fitness Group Programs are an excellent way to achieve a balance of cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and core stability. They combine a personal training approach with the motivation, support and cost advantages of sharing the experience.
Groups range in size from about 10-20 people. The 2x/week group package includes 16 one-hour sessions, which are varied, challenging, and, above all, fun. The program is structured so you don’t have to think about “what to do next,” you just show up and focus on your workout. You’ll discover exercises and equipment you’re unlikely to have encountered elsewhere.
The sessions are designed to enable you to go at your own pace and they’re ideally geared to individuals who already maintain an intermediate or higher fitness level. This is a great way to challenge yourself and stay motivated!
