PUSH Athlete Training 2X/week

Here is what you need to know regarding our athlete program:

  • The training days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
    You can see the schedule below
  • Starting in May, we will start our full Spring/Summer program; we will send out a preview of that schedule in the next few weeks.
  • Sign up for these sessions will be required via our Powered by PUSH App (Apple App StoreAndroid) – please read the important information below
  • The athlete training sessions will focus on:
    • Flexibility and mobility
    • Sport specific
    • Power and agility
    • Strength
    • Conditioning
    • Accountability and responsibility
  • We kindly ask that you settle your account on or before the start of each block
  • The session times are:

    Monday 12-1pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm
    Tuesday 7:30-8:30am, 11am-12pm, 1pm-2pm, 4-5pm
    Thursday 7:30-8:30am, 11am-12pm, 1pm-2pm, 4-5pm
    Friday 4-5pm, 5-6pm

    *Space is limited
    **All missed sessions must be made up within the training block

    Package Options – per 5 week training block

    1 day/week $150 + tax
    2 days/week $300 + tax
    3 days/week $450 + tax
    4 days/week $600 + tax
